Hosting Plans
Plans are the product catalog of the server: each one bundles limits, resources and access rights, and every hosting account references exactly one. This page lists them; the numbers behind them are set in Creating a Plan.

The list
Four stat cards up top: total plans (with the system-versus-owned split), active plans, how many users sit on a plan, and which plan is the default. Below, the same two remembered views as the user list: a table and a tree grouping plans by their owner.
Table columns: Name (a star marks the default plan; the creation date sits underneath), Owner (a red System badge for built-in plans, or the owning admin/reseller), Users (count, with a hover popover listing them), Domains (the plan's limit next to how many domains its users actually run, also with a hover list), Disk and Bandwidth (auto-formatted, "unlimited" where set), Status, and the actions. Search filters by name or slug, a counter shows how many of the total are displayed, and clicking a row opens the plan for editing.
Deleting plans, and why the lock icon
Delete asks for a destructive confirmation with DELETE typed out. Two guards decide whether the button is available at all:
- Plans with users cannot be deleted. The delete button becomes a lock icon with a tooltip; move or delete the users first.
- Ownership matters. ROOT deletes system plans (the ones with no owner); admins and resellers delete only the plans they created themselves.
There is no duplicate action and no "make default" from the list; the default plan is chosen with the Default switch inside the plan form itself.
Access
The page is open to ROOT, ADMIN and RESELLER (see roles and permissions), with creating, editing and deleting each behind its own permission key. What each sees differs: ROOT sees every plan (system plans plus each admin's and reseller's own), while ADMIN and RESELLER see only the plans they own, not the system plans. Resellers manage their own plan portfolio within the quota their parent granted them, which is enforced on the plan form.
